Frequently asked questions
How much does a card cost?
Cards start at $3.09 each, and that includes printing and First-Class postage. Envelope colors and seals add a little on top. You'll see the exact price as you customize.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. The discount applies to your whole order: 10% off 10+ cards, 15% off 25+ cards, 20% off 50+ cards, 25% off 100+ cards. Orders under 10 cards add a flat $15.00 small order fee.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by December 14th for cards to arrive by Christmas anywhere in the U.S. See Shipping & delivery for details.
Can I write a different message for each person?
Every card in an order shares the same design and message today. If you need a few different versions, place a separate order for each one.
How do I add my addresses?
After checkout, on your order page, so you don't need your list to order. You'll have about a week to add them: type them in, import a spreadsheet, contact card, PDF, or photo of your address book, or send friends a link to fill in their own. Any cards still without an address ship to you in a box.
Can I send the cards to myself instead?
Yes. Choose “Ship to me” and we'll send the printed cards and envelopes to you in one box. If you choose “Mailed by Lettered.cards,” any cards you don't have an address for come to you in a box too.
Do you mail outside the United States?
Not yet. We deliver to all 50 U.S. states.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Yes. Until you approve your cards for printing, your order page lets you fix the wording, change the photo, edit addresses, and add or remove cards. For anything else, email hello@lettered.cards.
