Terms of service

Lettered.cards (“we”, “us”) designs, prints, and mails greeting cards on your behalf. You can reach us any time at hello@lettered.cards.

• Prices include printing and postage as shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax.
• You're responsible for reviewing your design, message, and addresses before you approve your cards for printing. We print exactly what you approve.
• After you pay, you have until the address deadline shown at checkout (usually 7 days) to add addresses, fix your wording, and approve your cards for printing. On the deadline we print your order as it stands: cards with an address are mailed, and the rest ship to you in a box. Until then you can add cards (you pay the difference plus tax) or lower the number of cards (we refund the difference, tax included). Either way the whole order is repriced at the new count.
• Delivery dates are estimates. Once cards are handed to USPS, delivery is up to them. The one exception is our Christmas guarantee, below.
• Cancellations, reprints, and refunds follow our Returns & reprints policy.

Orders placed by December 14th are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas anywhere in the U.S., or your money back. If yours don't, email us with your order number and we'll refund them.

You keep ownership of the photos and words you upload. You give us permission to use them only to make, mail, and support your order. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload.

We may decline to print content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights, and will refund you if we do.

Card designs, artwork, and the site itself belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to make cards through Lettered.cards, but not to copy, resell, or reproduce them elsewhere.

When you give us someone's address, you confirm they'd be glad to get a card from you. We use those addresses only to mail your cards. See our Privacy policy.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date above and, when it matters, let you know by email.
