Shipping & delivery

Order by December 14th for cards to arrive by Christmas anywhere in the U.S. We'll keep taking orders after that, but we can't promise holiday delivery once the mail gets busy.

• Printing: 3 days. Every card is checked by hand before it's stamped.
• Mailed cards: sent with a real USPS First-Class stamp, which usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days.
• Shipped to you: one box with your cards and envelopes, tracked, usually 3 to 5 business days.

• Mailed by Lettered.cards. Each card is addressed, stamped, and sent USPS First-Class to everyone on your list. Any cards you don't have an address for by your deadline come to you in a box.
• Ship to me. Everything arrives in one box so you can sign and send them yourself.

All 50 U.S. states. We don't mail internationally yet.

First-Class letters don't carry tracking, so we email you when your cards are printed and when they're handed to USPS. Boxes shipped to you come with a tracking number. You can always check on things from Order status.

Double-check your list before you approve your cards for printing: we mail each card exactly as addressed. If a card comes back as undeliverable, we'll let you know. See Returns & reprints for what happens next.
