What we collect
- Your details: your name, email, and shipping address.
- Your cards: the photos, messages, and design choices you make.
- Your recipients: the names and addresses you add or import.
- Payment: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage: basic information about how the site is used, so we can fix problems and improve it.
How we use it
To print and mail your cards, send you order updates, and answer your questions. That's it. We don't sell your information, and we never contact your recipients for any reason other than delivering your card.
Imported contacts
When you import contacts from a file or a photo, we read it only to pull out names and addresses. You choose which ones to add to your order, and we discard the original file once it's processed.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run Lettered.cards, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and printing, and only what each one needs to do its job. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as we need them for support, accounting, and legal obligations. Your photo and recipient list are deleted 60 days after your cards are mailed, which leaves time for reprints. Orders that are started but never placed are deleted after 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@lettered.cards. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date above, and email you about anything significant.
